They do em cause they want to 'get the stock price up' and to make it 'more attractive' to 'institutional' investors.....

At least that's what they always say.

It all depends on if they mean that or not.....and the ratio they do em at.

1-20 or less is usually OK.......100 or more they're screwing you......
