The convertibles will convert at about 3 to 4 BILLION shares at the current conversion prices to pay off current debts... Sadly, they keep issuing more and more convertibles, so the entire 20 billion authorized shares could be used to convert these debts, then another reverse split... I hope the next Q would be better, but I'm not optimistic it will be...
