Here is my answer for now... The SEC filings are more pertinent to reality than a PR from anyone.
Until we see a retraction... this is the game plan. CBDZ is in some control but Bernard Rubin is the CEO of SFIO/BETTA..

Thank you. Glad to see others are also posing this question.
And the fact that no one has provided said clarification I'm guessing says they have no clear answers either.
But it does appear that a company other than Betta4U has acquired controlling interest in SFIO.
Who knows?
