Yes thats what was perdicted. Nothing has be settled or even submitted to the court in the time frame that was asked for . Another prediction. If there is a settlement for that lawsuit the debt ridden shell will not be paying one penny towards it . There is a bankruptcy stay in effect and when it is lifted nobody will be around to make any settlement . They dont even have a bank account anymore .
