Actually, she's only repeating what Tony told her. And Tony is supposedly out of the picture. So where is Tony getting his information from?

True, but just because that is what she was told does not mean it will happen in that time frame. People always try to put deadlines on these 8ks just because someone said it's on the way. It's coming soon IMO but I'm not going to panic when Friday rolls around and it's still not here, whereas others will probably start dumping shares on Tuesday afternoon claiming "liar liar pants on fire" lol.

Patience the filings should hit at anytime. Then LOL finding CLSI shares below .10, .15, .20 etc. just ahead.
