You're right about $CVM talking about a capital raise before actually needing the money; most smaller biotech companies do so after big pops in price or on great news.

Also the 50 week EMA shows up nicely @ around 6....it was also a prior low, too, on the daily chart.

Hope your last buy is proven correct with a big spike up.
