The total number of shares that can be issued is 600 million right now. If an 8k comes in to raise the A/S within the next month, then it's pretty much over imo. However, as of right now, we're trading at less than a million dollar market cap with this bottomed out chart. Dilution is slowing down and the bid is building, look for a move this week barring and kind of A/S increase. I think the majority people watching on the sidelines will come in if they see this start to move.

I agree with the positive "things" going on. What would be their motivator to: put-on-a-show, to drag in 1/5 penny stock holders thru the mud ?

Or is it to "cash in" after it goes glouble

Um, you got two more months of conversions and it not slowing down. You can underplay the dilution here all you want but L2 tells a different story.
