Great find thanks I forgot about you on my previous list sorry :) A lot of people posted about the CBD connection especially Dav I never knew where the connection was. The FDA has not approved CBD in food or water yet, do they just turn their heads like the Feds do with state legalized marijuana?

Cannaboid Biosciences Inc found a better shell - they filed an 8K last week disclosing that they acquired controlling interest in KDCE

Since the filing you posted is from September 6, 2019 and said they were considering acquiring controlling interest in SFIO and the KDCE 8K is from October 21, 2019 I think its is obvious that Cannaboid Biosciences Inc passed on their original plan to acquire SFIO then ended up acquiring KDCE instead.
