Have you noticed that 925,000 Preferred A shares were converted for 18.5 billion but PDIV only took 15 billion of them? That leaves 3.5 billion for longs to buy. This should help those trying to get 0.0001 shares. It's kind of sneaky how this is able to left out of all those filings. But really who reads filings.
Also the dividends are suspended from being paid but the debt is still accruing on the books. Dividends are in all the filed contracts. Common shares can't decide they are not going pay the preferreds. That is fantasy land and not how things work. The company stated common shareholders voted. It would take the preferred holders to agree to that, and that has not been filed.
