This is what l find in note 9 Says nothing about a 2 year hold. Please post where it says that please. Its not that l don't believe you.

NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On July 25, 2019, the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of its common stock to a consultant for services with a fair value of $105,000 or $0.021 per share on the date of issuance.
Subsequent to June 30, 2019, the Company sold 25,000 shares of Series B Preferred stock with the Company receiving $50,000 of proceeds or $2.00 per share.
