JcNY You are totally off base with this Rhetoric concerning CMGO.
1. Glenn has nothing to do with the PPS period, end of story. FACT

2. This stock and its PPS is under pure Manipulation by someone, whether it's Prime Brokers, their MM's or my favorite the folks that lost the Lawsuit.. But, I digress...

3. Glenn's past has nothing to do with anything, because he has be successful right before and right after.. Again I digress..

4. It took years to get the first Lawsuit to the Courts and thanks to Incompetence or Negligence a compromise Settlement of $2.75M was reached. Now Glenn has to go back in for a Negligence Malpractice Lawsuit against the same two incompetent Lawyers with a slam dunk Lawsuit, unless the lawyers Law Firm, Eaton and Van Winkle wants it all over the front page of the New York Times, so negotiations are underway, outside of the courtroom.

This will stay in the shitter where it belongs at least until audited financial come out. I know people don’t want to hear it and don’t care about Glenn’s past. It’s not like his felonies are unrelated to the stock market. His crimes are directly related. I know people can change. I’ve never said they can’t. My point is, it doesn’t matter if he’s changed. What’s done is done. it is the reason we trade where were trading right now. The market can’t Believe anything he says. Because he’s shady as they come. (unless we completely ignore his past)
Of course we could just blame it on the crooked market makers and the flippers and manipulators. But for how long? You know as well as me we’ve been listening to the same excuses for at least five or six or seven years. And they’re all bullshit.
Just my opinion, and it doesn’t matter. I don’t own it anymore and never will again.

Bullshit...show me any speck of evidence that the CEO ever stated the suit was for 280M.....I'll be eagerly waiting for such evidence....
