If indeed there was some serious naked shorting happening here, they might want to start thinking about moving towards the exits. Giving away cheap shares down here is not in their best interests and will put the noose around their neck even tighter. Jason is going to win this fight and then its game over. Yesterday's announcement, although not clear what the terms are, is a warning that 1.5 billion shares of the current SS are no longer in the hands of an outside party. Good luck getting shares from people who have been accumulating. This one is severally undervalued.
