Many (most) larger investors don't invest in pink.

I asked investors relations about Otcqb and that its .01 minimum , 314k float.Would they dilute us?
They responded :
We don't dilute. 

QB require 5% float, meaning unrestricted shares.

What investors like buy low sell high and WSFT has the potential to go ballistic with the float which management says they have no intention of changing.

what is required is investor awareness, so the company needs to do investor relations and get an IR-company to get investor attention.
To be fair it would not have been optimal doing that until financials are prepared.
