It’ll run way past that. Mr Costello is on record in an interview as saying that he thought the share price of his company would run much higher than TL*RY.

I’m just saying that’s what I’ve seen him say in an interview. I personally think that the deal Mr Costello is going to put together will indeed create longer term shareholder value and it will (the share price) indeed be higher than that and stay above that. Such will be the value of the company when realised by the market when all details are published.

Then next I can see the company doing a forward split. I’m speculating when I say this but Mr Costello could easily retire his shares and return them to treasury and issue himself preference shares to retain voting control which is all that matters.

That then frees up the retired shares which can be issued at a much much higher share price to fund more acquisitions - if and only if needed.
