S--- for Brains..indicated yesterday that the $20,000 Legal fee was broken into a $5000 retainer by GPL Ventures and $15000 as a account payable...Now this shrewd,savy Security Attorney would he take $15000 as a Acct/payable unless he was sure Reg A would be approved?...TGRR/GREEN
