he was in a social situation---I organized a musical showcase fundraiser for a group called "Kid Care" in Houton---26 bands---Enron had been donating to this group --sort of a 'meals on wheels' for poverty children..and then Enron pulled back their support of money---when they did that, Kid Care was in deep trouble...BUT...Enron let me use their offices at night to make phone calls, send and receive faxes yada yada....and one night, Ken Lay did a walk thru--he seemed like a nice guy---but he wasn't....when Enron started its collapse, I was living in Houston, and a LOT of my friends lost EVERYTHING! A personality that is adept in social functions does not make that same person a nice person. JMO
