Solid, I will say that I am on the fence with JB, what appears to me and many of us, is a big workout in hiney.
But.. the more I read your posts and what he wrote trying to get a clearer picture, Yes Clancy I do agree with you, but with JB we were not getting what you would expect with companies and transparency.
So what we did get, is what I have been trying to decipher..
It is also important for us to understand that he could not tell us Directly what is on his mind, inside information issues and or concerns about competition and yadda.
But he was making vague hints on important concerns and the R/S, he did state that it would be in the best interest of the shareholders, however, he was ONE AS WELL!!!
But that asside, the Letter that he said he expected by the end of the week, well, that week was a distaster because even JB did not realize the slow methodical NHS that he was dealing with. So, his excitement, like ours on many occasions got ahead of us, then reality hits and we sink.
So, as I review and think about it...
Yes, do not understand a lot, but that is because I do not know it all and not as much as he does, but I think he was trying to tell us that this was going to be bigger than he thought. He also could see that there were going to be interest in acquire this company, but now he could see the long term value and had to do an R/S to maintain control.
Sure, perhaps could had done it different, but if this gets as huge as the potential could be, does anyone know what a CEO of a large corp makes, I find that rediculous.
So... I will know if that letter should be written by X-mas and we must realize that Ian took over, but did not put in the ground work for the basis of this.
