Thank you Ohm20- Good post. NP is not a treating physician but falls under a "Researcher". Not sure on this but favors me not to dig into him directly. The FDA will move at patients best till the finish line. Meanwhile, on the outside it may look "not good" but I have a bet on the inside (patients) it's solid. JMHO.

The patient may also elect to waive their PHI rights with regard to specific info related to the trial.

Ohm , you are right , by law they can release results from one patient and only one or few different dates results , without the name of the patient , but this is never done anyway...
And this is by law , FDA do not like that as a rule ..

And actually , except in some situation I agree with FDA ,

This might not be very accurate or useful information to anyone ....

But not always .. there are exceptions ...
