We are all assuming that the RS is happening but it doesn't matter at this point. If it doesn't happen then it will be a plus but even if it happens we all know already that they are using it to support the structure of the company. See you at .25 or more by the end of next week.

That would only leave 93,000 shares, that would make this roughly a $20 stock if they did it now, makes little sense to me.

RS amended- and there would be no market for this new impressive team at a OS of 93,000 and a 20.00 pps., they are much smarter then that.
