That is irrelevant. All they needed was 2 years worth of filings to get the stop sign removed they did those but still need some fixes and they can do that with the right Atty. letter or an updated filing. That is why Tony said watch for filings. The rest they can do later but that is not the new merger companies responsibility it is the old company that has not been filing for 10 years now so it would not matter here. They became non reporting 10 years back!
