Must first trade at or under a dollar, for 30 day period, before delisting begins. Also, needs to maintain above four dollar share price for worry free continued listing on Nasdaq. Don't know what time lengths are required for this status. Six month\one year chart shows this is possible..... Hoping for miracle.....
