They just lost interest in their shareholders. The obnoxiously large shelf followed by radio silence is no doubt the source of the share price weakness. Seems like a good trader for the upcoming quarter though with a UIS sale that should hit the top line and possibly some thermite revenue.
It seems like they intend to keep us in the dark until the next earnings announcement so it may simply drift until then with tax loss selling acting as overhead.
