I'm taking a quick break from my meeting here in Houston to update folks! I'm having lunch tomorrow back in Dallas to sign the deal for SUTI. I will post an update as soon as it happens. I originally thought that we would have it done earlier, since most deal points were agreed on. However, I had to stay here in Houston, so we had to delay our closing.
