Last year I bought at $3.00 a share when it had @ 35,000,000 outstanding. Now there is @100,000,000 share outstanding @0.50 per share. Why didn’t they up list to Nasdaq last year when it was $7.00 Feb 2018 to $3.00 June 2018. Previously they said that the stock was undervalued and from all reasonable standards should be $3 to $6 per share. That was before the issued @40 million shares at 0.16. If they believed that the stock was worth that much, why double the outstanding share count?? The could have done the reverse split with 40 million share at 1 for 10 when the price was .60 to .80 for a $6-$8 price with 4 million share. ???????????????why
