For sure, Marcus Frasier had zero understanding of what was involved with going public when he did so. That is a fact.
And part of me wonders how much he understands even now.
He certainly doesn't appear to have matured enough to step up to his responsibilities as CEO.
He lied about a ton of stuff to get us to buy shares. And now he has left us holding the bag. And even if he hasn't got a well-developed sense of morality, it would be easy for him to make some mutually beneficial changes -- if he only could do some strategic thinking about the path forward.
I don't care to sue him. I wish someone else would.
