Retirement is a theory. Maybe he just wants to sell it maybe he was given an offer he couldn’t refuse? Who knows. All I know is they reinstated at the Massachusetts SOS after 3 years of inactivity and reinstated at the Delaware SOS after 20 years of inactivity.

Something is definitely up. What that is is anyone’s guess at this point.
