What I mean by new partner is a big chain. If the $240M test kit run is real, it had to have been for an outlet larger than what they need for their existing clinics in the portal.
Currently, they have been growing it mostly through allergy clinics and the like. That's relatively narrow. But if they have linked up with a major chain like Walgreens then the product will suddenly get much more widespread attention. They would need to be prepared for this by having an adequate stock of test kits on hand.
This is all speculation on my part. But cleaning up the web-site to make test kit ordering easier seems to fit with this theory.
As JeffPacman wrote a couple of days ago; before they went dark they left a lot of breadcrumbs to follow. They were not explicit with Sloan during his visit, but they did confirm they were on track on with the plans they had outlined earlier.
I am hoping this will be something really big and that our patience will finally be rewarded.
