The outstanding shares last reported by VPLM'S gagged T/A were 1.9 billion not million . So far the 124 million shares seem to be misplaced. The 1.9 billion outstanding shares will go up next time Emil and the insiders decide to give themselves another bonus for doing nothing , or when the lawyers want a payday , or if the virtual office needs decorating etc..

Yes they are from my understanding so one day not sure what the hold up is. There will be less of an OS and it’s my opinion that there will be no more dilution and the OS will shrink!!
