Thats a complete bull crap imo. As a public company, They dont have to announce share buy back just to convince shareholders that they have faith in the company.
Their number one priority is to benefit the shareholders through accelerated revenue growth - not thru share buybacks. Although share buy back is welcome, that is not a long term business strategy.
If tomorrow they buy a company that “complement” what GMGI currently has and lets say triple the revenue, they may be able to buy another company in 2-3 years time and repeat the process.
There is no reason to buy back shares if that prevent them from achieving that accelerated growth rate.
To each is own, I am a long term share holders and would prefer this go to $0.03-$0.05 and higher thru acquisition and revenue growth rather than buy back.
