Lol, there is zero basis for that claim. That is a guess at best. This is a scam fest. Based on efforts in the last year, it doesnt even make sense. PND into dilution. All you have here. They will dilute this to probably. 0003, or just before 2019 levels, they still wont have the funding to move this into trials. It's a flippers scam. All fake. All IMO.
