PNNX Detailed Revs/Net Income per Triple 888’s Logistics…

The PR below confirms how PNNX is expecting to generate over $14 Million in Revenues and over $12 Million in Net Income through its acquisition of Triple 888’s Logistics, Inc. in greater detail:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151866480

So…

** The company expects sell a minimum of 5 to 10 million BitGift cards annually.
** The company looks to have some contract negotiations to begin with one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges which has more than $50 Billion in transactions over the past 12 months as of May 2019.
** The prepaid card denominations to be offered are $50, $100, $250, and $500.
** The conversion fee appears to be 3% to 5% of the dollar amount exchanged for each card transaction from the exchange while converting cryptocurrency to fiat currency at any merchant in the world that accepts MasterCard.
** PNNX will also receive between $2.95 to $4.95 for every card sold (based upon the denomination).
** The cost of each card produced is expected to be .40 per card.

So, let’s presume that PNNX sells the minimum of 5,000,000 BitGift Cards and let’s presume that it’s at the minimum of $2.95 per card with .40 being the cost to manufacture each card. That equates to the amount of revenues below:

Minimum PNNX Revenues & Net Income per Triple 888’s Logistics Acquisition

5,000,000 BitGift Cards x $2.95 per card = $14,750,000 Gross Income

$2.95 per card - .40 cost per card = $2.55 Minimum Net Per Card

5,000,000 BitGift Cards x $2.55 per card = $12,750,000 Net Income

$12,750,000 Net Income Minimum for PNNX

Maximum PNNX Revenues & Net Income per Triple 888’s Logistics Acquisition

10,000,000 BitGift Cards x $2.95 per card = $29,500,000 Gross Income

$2.95 per card - .40 cost per card = $2.55 Minimum Net Per Card

10,000,000 BitGift Cards x $2.55 per card = $25,500,000 Net Income

$25,500,000 Net Income Maximum for PNNX

Above is how the company has derived those numbers. A very important understanding here with these expected revenues above from PNNX is that these are just the revenues from their acquisition of Triple 888’s Logistics, Inc. as we have yet to learn how the revenues are to be generated from their acquisition of Your Social Offers. Remember and keep in mind that the PNNX CTO, Vincent Risalvato, who sold his company to billionaire Paul Allen, cofounder of Microsoft believes PNNX has potential to be a Billion-dollar company as indicated below:

This weeks news from PNNX show us how aggressive management is in their plans to grow the company revenues via high value acquisitions.

From the news:

“We anticipate significant revenues will be generated from sales as well as usage of BitGift. We project selling a minimum of 5 to 10 million BitGift cards annually. The company has upcoming contract negotiations with one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange companies which has more than $50 Billion in transactions over the past 12 months as of May 2019. The prepaid card denominations to be offered are $50, $100, $250, and $500,” said Alexander Cook, President of PNNX. Mr. Cook continued, “Pennexx will negotiate the conversion fee of 3% to 5% of the dollar amount exchanged for each card transaction from the exchange while converting cryptocurrency to fiat currency at any merchant in the world that accepts MasterCard. Pennexx will also receive between $2.95 to $4.95 for every card sold (based upon the denomination) and the cost of each card produced is expected to be forty cents.”
