$CMGO I've been playing the Market since the 80's and there is nothing Normal here with the Prime Brokers and their MM's using Naked Short Counterfeit Shares or above 50% in Short Trading and 80% is a pure ripoff.

Please Explain: Making a Market, in your opinion?
