I think he is talking in generalities but that was my concern when we went into China because it is still a major problem as the Chinese as a whole do not honor contracts and pay their blls in a timely manor. I think that will change over time as they are the country with the most free cash flow right now and will want to do business with more foreign firms. Mayeb that's how they came by all that free cash?? LOL
