Maybe they're going to have to account for all the shares and shenanigans that have gone on at the trial. Maybe we better come off the greys before the trial starts?
No they are saying that the short ratio is very high. If 125k out of 130k were shorted the % in the chart would be 96.2%. Either way the short interest was ridiculously high. If the float is locked up it begs the question where were those shorted shares coming from? That’s why PA proposed it was illegal shorting practices and welcomed the SEC investigation. He assumed shares were being shorted without any existing shares to borrow(illegal).
