I appreciate your comments on the shelf stable product as well. There have been numerous discussions on this board and others and they all seem to lean toward implying that the shelf stable product will avoid the patent issues now being litigated. I have wondered about this and have reviewed Insmed management's conference calls and investor presentations for some indication that the shelf stable product will avoid the patents at issue. If anyone is in contact with investor relations I would appreciate hearing any resonse to this question they might have.
