Not sure. They are one on my not so good list at the moment. What bothers me most is that they could have used other options than killing the capital structure.....just like party pointed out.

It's just so sweet a setup with all their JV partners. This ensures 2 wonderful things.
1. No dilution since the parters have to pay the $$ to get the gold out of the ground.
2. News always coming in from TRGS itself, or one of it's jv parters.
This combination makes any kind of serious pullback tough. Even after big runs, the news helps us consolidate even faster. This stock is in fast motion.
