Mitch has already passed legislation forcing the FDA to declare enforcement discretion for CBD products by January at the very latest, but we could certainly get FDA Regs and enforcement discretion in November as well
USDA Regs are coming within next several weeks per USDA itself
New FDA Commissioner Dr. Hahn will be nominated before November 1st
