$CBDD The company announced there will be NO Reverse split happening here or raise in the Authorized. The share structure is maxed out so that means they are seeking other options available. Stay tuned.
$CBDD They cannot dilute, there is nothing to dilute with. Last time I spoke with Nicholas I asked him again if there still was no plans for a Reverse split and he said No plans. He couldn't discuss anything further. They must be seeking other fundamental opportunities. Maybe some kind of merger or maybe a share buyback who knows. There is something going on though.
