No they get the common stock at the price of conversion of the Preferred Shares! Again, as of this evening, as confirmed by the T/A they have received NO conversions requests from either the Preferred A or B shareholders. The share structure has not changed since May 31st per the T/A! Don't know what else to say except to call them yourself! JMHO
