They did not get them for free. In fact they have no tradeable shares they can make any money on until they do convert. They will get the price when they convert and the T/A will tell us when! See how simple that is? Not a single Preferred Class B share has been converted or has been requested to converted as of this evening according to the T/A. We are not going to MARS here! JMHO
