Goldman did not "fabricate" that report. If you'll remember, in the disclaimer at the end of the report, Goldman stated that the report was written solely from information and financial data given to them by the company. In other words, Goldman took a stack of paperwork given to them by the company (Boris) and wrote that report solely from that data WITHOUT verifying the actual existence of ANY on the assets or the claimed revenues. So, Goldman is covered as far as any fraud charges. If anything was fraudulent, it was the paperwork from the company. And there's more than a good chance that it is. NOTHING has been verified......NOTHING.
