A ton of shares where dished out AFTER the old ticker went unreporting meaning these shares are RESTRICTED and potentially up to be canceled. IMO Rhonda is going to use it as a controlling block so she doesn't have to issue preferred shares.
The SS is much more attractive than it let's out... She never picked up a 000 and this is why she is doing so.
