This is the ultimit drag your feet posture that the 13 use to delay,delay,delay.....keep in mind that in the fall there's a big bill comming due (the 13 no this)....Thom on the other hand can miss payment but at a cost of 25,000/mo (if i recall that correctly)....he has mrmd as collateral so we better hope mrmd comes through.
