What's the benefit of him pumping this stock at this time if he's not selling shares?
There was a bid of 35M shares at closing and 17M on the ask. In due time they will be hitting the ask at .0007 or higher. I don't see today's tweet as a pump.
Last night I tweeted him in response to his last tweet asking him to give us a hint of news and he obliged with today's tweet. I believe he gave us more than he wanted to because some traders were able to make out or cleverly guessed the redacted portion of the tweet. Because of that he decided to delete it and issued a caution statement.
My thing is why did he not release the LOI news to shareholders, or is he going to do so later in the week? The LOI he posted on Twitter was dated Oct. 17, 2019. This shows progress with the merger but it doesn't show much of an urgency. There's time for the LOI to be accepted and the merger to be consummated. Only he knows the turn around time here. Could be an extended time or a quick turn around. Only time will tell.
My hope is that it's an excellent deal, the good thing is the company is not selling shares at this time. Also heard last week that he maybe entertaining retirement of shares here. Let's hope for the best with this merger. Best of luck to all of us here.
