And why, pray tell, would the judge even concern himself over those contracts one way or the other? LOL!

Once again, if there was value to any of the contracts whatsoever that would have made more money for the secured creditors, there'd been an approach other than liquidation taken with this company.

When the debt ridden shell signed those contracts they also signed a nondisclosure agreement. And releasing the terms would be a breach of that contract . Vinmar has every right to expect they are kept private and the court agrees. It is not Vinmars fault the debt ridden shell lost millions and is in bankruptcy liquidation.

If you are entertaining the sale or licensing of a product or technology you own, you will want to prevent the potential purchaser from using your information/numbers as leverage in other negotiations.
