Have you heard? Apparently Borgers CPA PC isn’t GIFA’s accounting/audit firm anymore, even though it is listed on the last set of sec filings. Apparently GIFA has been working with another, “major audit/accounting CPA and Solictor firm”. Apparently “it’s been well established as a known fact”.

I must have missed the press release and/or filings announcing/listing this new firm.
