We'll see about that 2019 split or not....
I know we're getting close to a major correction but close could still be 2 or 4 years away imo...

As much as I see how inflated the market is how the feds prop it up and pump money into it...

When it comes right down to it I think I have to see for sale signs in my neighbor's front yards and people out of work before I believe it...

What happens first the market crash then they put their houses up for sale...

Or the house's up for sale cause the market crash?
