Well of course it's a shell. LOL It's so much easier to buy a shell that's free of legal and OTC obligations than to start on a IPO. It's defunct because the previous company that abandoned this ticker stopped filing. Obviously the previous management failed to file for bankruptcy and other required filing with the market. $DCGD won't remain so for long, they will be another ticker soon enough. Watch and see.
