There was a termination of custodianship back in July.The hearing was continued Friday and since the Termination request it has gained ground so I believe that was protocol when they did not hear from Joe or someone involved. If you look at the history of the court dates it almost looks as if there have been absences or missing information they needed, cause this keeps dragging on.

All we know for certain is that Joe did not submit his report.

Any reasons why would be purely speculation.

With the custodianship previously terminated, I did not believe we will have too much longer to wait.

...and with the accumulation continuing in the. 004 range, the benefit is that MANY of the sub-002 shares are sold into the accumulation at .004+
