In the LINE message, they use words "going public" and "listing" together. My understanding is that the "listing" here is conventional meaning of going public by offering company stock.
They 'listed' their patent combo of OLED, AMOLED and MicroLED on Shanghai Intellectual Property Exchange Center for one year ( 2018-11-12 to 2019-11-11).
It appears that the company wants to sell their IP last year, but changed mind to enter 5G with their IP and by going public.
